Cooling Down After A Tough Workout

When you think “cool down”, you probably think “hydrate”, which is of course healthy and should be done during and after a workout, but that’s not exactly what cooling down after a workout is. Just like warming up, cooling down is necessary whenever you have a tough workout. It is simply to prevent any type of possible injury that you may sustain, the last thing that you want to happen is for your legs to give out while walking to your car (which is of course rare but not impossible after...
