According to a new Mayo Clinic study, children who avoid situations or objects that frighten them are more likely to develop anxiety issues in the future. Study author Stephen Whiteside, a pediatric psychologist with the Mayo Clinic Children’s Center, said, “We found that avoidance predicted future anxiety. Sleeping Pills Increase Death and Cancer Risks

A recent study showed that some well-known sleeping medications can increase the risk of death even if they were taken only 18 times in a year. The risk of death is increased when sleeping pills were taken in large numbers.
