My asthmas seems to be triggered by allergies. I have had really good success with keeping my allergies down by wahsing out my sinuses. I have tries the neti pots and pre mixed solutions and none have been as successful as nasopure at nasopure.com. The bottle is extremely easy to clean and you do not have to tilt your head different direction. It is easy to use and is a great help. Hope it works for others out there.
